John Rosel

As Managing Director of Impero Management Group, John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

John holds a Bachelor degree in Property Studies through the University of Queensland, is a registered Land Economist with the Australian Property Institute (registered no 2211), a registered Project Manager with the Australian Institute of Project Management (registered no. 3034), and a Member of the Development Institute of Australia and an Accredited Green Star Professional with the Green Building Council of Australia.

Since February 2004 John has been the driving force behind Impero Management Group, a Property Expert with specialist fields in Feasibility Analysis, Development and Project Management.

For 9 years prior to that John was the Managing Director Developments, for the Honeycombes Property Group, one of the fastest growing property development companies in Australia.

For some 9 years prior to that John was involved in property development finance with the QIDC and the ANZ banks.
